A global manufacturing marketplace is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the order delivery and quality control processes in Turkey. This role involves cooperation with production partners, communication with customers, and maintaining logistics workflows. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and possess strong communication skills. • Preferably graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar departments.

• Fast thinker, easily adapting to changing conditions.

Responsabilités

• Contact the production partner for rework and/or remanufacturing of work packages with quality problems.
• Cooperate with quality, logistics, and purchasing departments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will work with the Operations Manager in the Operations team. You will play a key role in the value chain by managing the on‑time delivery and quality control processes of all Tridi's orders, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.

• Follow and control production processes of orders given to production partners (additive manufacturing, machining, sheet metal laser cutting and press brake bending, volume molding, etc.).
• Ensure project coordination by communicating with customers and production partners throughout the project.
• Support the manufacturing process: control dates and dispatch, organize delivery, and perform quality control of products.
• Provide technical support to production partners.
• Resolve problems and special cases with customers and manufacturers that arise during order processing.
• Manage the relevant project between the production partner and the customer during the production period.
• Track the logistics process of work packages from production partners.
• Supervise processing of production orders and document in internal CRM and ERP systems.
• Contact the production partner for rework and/or remanufacturing of work packages with quality problems.
• Cooperate with quality, logistics, and purchasing departments.
