• Fast thinker, easily adapting to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will work with the Operations Manager in the Operations team. You will play a key role in the value chain by managing the on‑time delivery and quality control processes of all Tridi's orders, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.

• Follow and control production processes of orders given to production partners (additive manufacturing, machining, sheet metal laser cutting and press brake bending, volume molding, etc.).
• Ensure project coordination by communicating with customers and production partners throughout the project.
• Support the manufacturing process: control dates and dispatch, organize delivery, and perform quality control of products.
• Provide technical support to production partners.
• Resolve problems and special cases with customers and manufacturers that arise during order processing.
• Manage the relevant project between the production partner and the customer during the production period.
• Track the logistics process of work packages from production partners.
• Supervise processing of production orders and document in internal CRM and ERP systems.
• Contact the production partner for rework and/or remanufacturing of work packages with quality problems.
• Cooperate with quality, logistics, and purchasing departments.
