Job summary

Xometry Türkiye seeks a Partner Network Specialist to grow Türkiye's manufacturing ecosystem within Xometry’s digital platform. You will expand the strategic partner network, onboard new qualified partners, and support long-term performance within the platform.

You will work closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners to strengthen the production network across CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and additive manufacturing, aligning with Xometry’s global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials & Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Minimum B2 level English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication, relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ERP systems, Looker, Retool and G‑Suite is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new qualified manufacturing partners across Türkiye.
• Develop and implement partner acquisition strategies to expand the partner network.
• Evaluate potential manufacturing partners and manage onboarding, integration and adaptation processes.
• Manage relationships with manufacturing partners and resolve operational issues for long-term collaboration.
• Monitor partner performance including quality and delivery, and initiate improvements.
• Support development of partners to ensure sustainable production capacity and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify required production capabilities and ensure suitable partners are available.
• Acquire partners with capabilities such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and additive manufacturing.
• Represent Xometry at industry events to attract potential partners.
• Collaborate with European/US teams to align with global partner strategies.

We are looking for a Partner Network Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you will play an active part in developing Türkiye’s manufacturing ecosystem within Xometry’s digital manufacturing platform. You will be responsible for expanding the strategic manufacturing partner network, onboarding new qualified partners into the ecosystem, and supporting their long-term performance and sustainability within the platform. You will work closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners to strengthen the production network in areas such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and additive manufacturing while ensuring alignment with Xometry’s global operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new qualified manufacturing partners across Türkiye and integrate them into Xometry’s production ecosystem.
• Develop and implement partner acquisition strategies to expand the strategic manufacturing partner network.
• Evaluate potential manufacturing partners registered on the platform and manage their onboarding, integration, and adaptation processes through meetings, trainings, and operational guidance.
• Manage relationships with manufacturing partners and resolve operational issues to ensure long-term collaboration and partner satisfaction.
• Monitor partner performance including quality, delivery performance, and operational reliability, and initiate improvement actions when needed.
• Support the continuous development of partners to ensure sustainable production capacity and operational excellence within the network.
• Monitor partner activity and engagement levels on a daily basis and conduct improvement initiatives for underperforming partners.
• Conduct field visits when required to strengthen relationships with partners and improve their operational alignment with the platform.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sourcing, project management, logistics, and quality) to identify required production capabilities and ensure suitable partners are available to meet business needs.
• Acquire partners with diverse technological capabilities such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and additive manufacturing.
• Represent Xometry at industry fairs, seminars, and networking events to identify and attract potential manufacturing partners.
• Identify partner needs and contribute to marketing or development initiatives that support partner growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with European and US teams to ensure alignment with global partner network strategies and share best practices across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Materials & Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, or additive manufacturing.
• Experience working with manufacturing partners, suppliers, or production ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and multitasking capability.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, ERP systems, Looker, Retool, and G-Suite is an advantage.
