Job summary

OBSS is a leading technology consultancy in Türkiye, seeking a Java Fullstack Developer (PLM) to design and deliver end-to-end PLM solutions, working across Java back-end and modern front-end components. The role focuses on Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE/Enovia V6 platforms, ECO/ECR/ECN processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive PLM integrations with ERP and CAD tools, mentor teams, and contribute to high-quality software delivery in a hybrid work environment with learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Software Engineering or related field.
• 4–10 years of software development experience with Java, Java EE, Spring, and REST/SOAP.
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts: BOM structures (EBOM/MBOM) and ECR/ECN.
• Awareness of CAD data structures (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX) and enterprise integrations (SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, and IntelliJ.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Curiosity to leverage AI-powered tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and configure features on Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE/Enovia V6.
• Develop scalable back-end services in Java/Java EE and front-end components using React, Vue, or Web Components.
• Build PLM processes: ECO/ECR/ECN, Document Management, EBOM-to-MBOM transformations.
• Design integrations between PLM and ERP (SAP, Oracle) and CAD environments.
• Bridge software development with R&D, Design, Manufacturing via clear technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring quality software delivery and docs.

OBSS is looking for a Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering end-to-end software payment solutions across diverse industries. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that solve real business problems.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and configure features on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE / Enovia V6 platform, utilizing MQL, JPO, and TCL.
• Develop scalable back-end services in Java/Java EE and modern front-end components/widgets using React, Vue, or Web Components.
• Build and streamline core PLM processes, including Engineering Change Management (ECO/ECR/ECN), Document Management, and EBOM-to-MBOM transformations.
• Design and implement integrations between PLM systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) as well as CAD environments.
• Bridge the gap between software development and engineering teams (R&D, Design, Manufacturing) by translating complex domain needs into technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery and proper documentation across projects.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–10 years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in Java, Java EE, Spring, and REST/SOAP services.
• Solid understanding of PLM concepts: BOM structures (EBOM/MBOM), Engineering Change Management, and Revision Control.
• Awareness of CAD data structures (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX) and enterprise integrations (SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency with development and DevOps tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, IntelliJ).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and intention to leverage AI-powered tools in daily workflows to enhance productivity.
