Job summary

Trendyol Group seeks an Operations strategist to drive cross‑functional priorities and lead impactful projects across the business. You will own KPI setting, long‑term modelling, and expansion plans while identifying high‑value AI opportunities and practical implementations.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage scope, and monitor core metrics to drive data‑driven decisions in a fast‑changing environment.

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management.
• 3-5 years of e-commerce, consulting or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative results for informed decisions.
• Analytical thinker comfortable with ambiguity and complex business problems.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operation departments on strategic topics and priorities.
• Own strategic planning: KPI setting, targets, long-term modelling, expansion plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with technology, benchmarking, and best practices.
• Contribute to AI agenda across operations and practical implementations.
• Lead or support operations projects, manage scope and stakeholder requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive project plans to improve business processes.
