Job summary

Trendyol is seeking Fraud Process & Analytics Professionals to join our Fraud team. The role focuses on turning fraud problems into scalable, data-driven solutions across product, tech, operations and business teams.

You will design controls, analyze data with SQL/BigQuery, and drive improvements from problem definition to post-launch monitoring, partnering across our global teams and business units.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in Fraud, Risk Analytics, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to interpret suspicious patterns, connect data points and form evidence-based risk judgments.
• Solid understanding of process design, control logic, fraud risks and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve fraud-related processes end-to-end by identifying gaps and bottlenecks, driving scalable improvements.
• Analyze customer, seller, order, payment, and behavioral data to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, and risk signals using SQL/BigQuery.
• Quantify financial, operational and customer impact of fraud problems and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Design and improve fraud rulesets, risk indicators, thresholds, controls and monitoring frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional fraud projects through definition, business case, implementation and monitoring.
• Build clear reporting and monitoring structures for fraud KPIs, leakage, costs and project impact.
