Trendyol Group is seeking a strategic Operations role within Trendyol Operations to drive priorities across teams and improve processes through technology and AI initiatives.

The role involves owning KPI planning, targets, long-term modelling, and expansion plans, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver data-driven decisions in a fast-changing environment.

About the Role

You will work across operations teams to drive strategic priorities, lead impactful projects, and improve processes through technology, benchmarking, and best practices. You will own strategic planning, including KPIs, targets, long-term modelling, and expansion plans, while contributing to the AI agenda by identifying and implementing high-value opportunities. You will lead operational projects, align stakeholders, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Wearing many hats: partnering with all operation departments on strategic topics and operational priorities,
• Owning the strategic planning agenda of operations: from KPI setting and target revisions to long-term modelling and expansion plans
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions by benchmarking, and finding best practices,
• Contributing to the AI agenda across operations: exploring where AI can add value and working with teams to bring these ideas to life,
• Leading and/or supporting ops projects and new initiatives and managing the scope and requirements for all stakeholders,
• Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans with teams to improve business processes and functions,
• Designing comprehensive analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions with support on decision making across the company.

Expected Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management,
• 3 - 5 years of e-commerce, consulting or equivalent work experience preferred,
• Strong experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses, believing data is the most powerful tool for informed decision-making,
• Highly analytical and comfortable with complex business problems and decision, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity,
• Comfortable with the big picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn with agile mindset,
• Passionate to working with multiple stakeholders and excellent communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders - numbers are key, but business can only be built with people,
• Excellent command of gsheet/excel, good command of BI tools, curious about AI tools and how they can be applied to business problems,
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish,
• Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
