Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Sales Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and support for the sales team.
• Manage and supervise the Customer Service function, ensuring high service standards and efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Coordinate Logistics operations, including inventory flow, distribution, and supply chain efficiency.
• Oversee Product-related operations, ensuring alignment between product availability, market needs, and operational execution.
• Act as the central point of coordination across departments, ensuring operational alignment with overall company goals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies across functions.
• Monitor KPIs across operational areas and report on performance to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to ensure consistency with company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations management role, ideally overseeing multiple functions (sales operations, customer service, logistics, or product operations)


• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills


• Experience in FMCG, direct selling, retail, or a related industry is a plus


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities


• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
