Job summary

TIENS Europe Region is seeking an Event & Translation Coordinator to support communication between our Chinese and Turkish teams and to help organize corporate events and meetings. This role blends interpretation/translation with growing involvement in event coordination in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will provide accurate Chinese–Turkish and Chinese–English translation, assist with onsite event planning and logistics, and help ensure smooth communication across functions during

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese and Turkish
• Fluent English
• Proven experience in Chinese–Turkish and/or Chinese–English interpretation/translation
• Prior experience supporting conferences, meetings, corporate events, or large-scale activities
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
• Flexible and willing to provide onsite support during company events, including occasional travel

About the Role

TIENS is looking for an Event & Translation Coordinator to support communication between our Chinese and Turkish teams and contribute to the organization of corporate events and meetings. • Provide accurate interpretation and translation (Chinese–Turkish and/or Chinese–English) in spoken and written contexts
• Support the planning and onsite execution of corporate events, meetings, and company activities

• Coordinate meeting arrangements, schedules, and related logistics

Requirements
