Qualifications

About the Role: We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the company's key operational functions in the market. This role takes a company-wide operations perspective, ensuring alignment and efficiency across Sales Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, and Product-related operations, rather than focusing solely on office administration. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who can bring structure, coordination, and accountability across multiple departments

Tasks

• Oversee and coordinate Sales Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and support for the sales team
• Manage and supervise the Customer Service function, ensuring high service standards and efficient resolution of customer issues
• Coordinate Logistics operations, including inventory flow, distribution, and supply chain efficiency
• Oversee Product-related operations, ensuring alignment between product availability, market needs, and operational execution
• Act as the central point of coordination across departments, ensuring operational alignment with overall company goals
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies across functions
• Monitor KPIs across operational areas and report on performance to senior management
• Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to ensure consistency with company standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations management role, ideally overseeing multiple functions (sales operations, customer service, logistics, or product operations)
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience in FMCG, direct selling, retail, or a related industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
