Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management across multiple functions.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Fluent Turkish and English communication.
• Experience in FMCG/direct selling/retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Sales Operations to support the sales team.
• Supervise Customer Service to ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate Logistics for inventory flow and supply chain efficiency.
• Oversee Product-related operations aligning availability with market needs.
• Act as central point of coordination across departments.
• Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment.
