Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, is seeking an Operational Support Specialist in Dilovası, Turkey. You will coordinate indirect procurement with internal teams and suppliers, prepare waybills, and ensure accurate tracking of inbound and outbound materials.

You’ll monitor inventory, support warehouse operations, and assist with procurement, inventory, and shipment reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience are required, with strong Turkish and working English skills.

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support or similar roles.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Support indirect procurement processes through coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including creating business partner records and purchase orders in the system
• Prepare and issue waybills for shipments in line with operational requirements
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of inbound and outbound material movements in the system
• Manage warehouse material flow and support smooth operational execution
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively ensure timely replenishment
• Support reporting activities related to procurement, inventory, and shipment data

Education, Experience, Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support or similar roles
