CHEP, a global leader in pallet and supply chain solutions, seeks a Field Operations Executive based in Gaziantep with a hybrid remote work model.
You will design and execute retailer account strategies, foster strong retailer relationships, and drive asset recovery and cost reduction. A degree in business or engineering and 5+ years in retail/sales/logistics/manufacturing are required.

Key objectives of the role are to minimise leakage, decreasing net cost of collection, improve relationship level and support business growth targets
Responsible for supporting automotive business with audit, on-site trainings and back load lead generation support
Responsible for managing and delivering the Asset Management designated KPI’s in his area of influence (FTR; Stock levels; leakage rate) and create action plans for continuous improvement.
Ensuring 100% of active Retail accounts are either covered by a field visit, a call or both as a means of having a regular CHEP contact. (Field visits covering D locations having min %85 of total delta stock)
Responsible for executing or any other collaboration projects such as TPM, transport collaboration with related retailers
Responsible for identifying and executing advocacy process and hit the growth and LMS targets via regional advocacy
Responsible for Audit performance of related retailers and supporting Audit execution in the area of influence
Manage broader relationships with key Retailers in all levels and functions and Increase Customer satisfaction
Work alongside the relevant departments to formulate a business plan for each Retailer account to protect and grow the account in order to meet and exceed
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Retail, Sales, Logistic Operations, Manufacturing companies
Experience in managing diverse teams, and influencing change in a growing market
Knowledge of FMCG, Retail and Distribution networks and Supply Chain dynamics
