Job summary

ABB İzmit is seeking a Production/Manufacturing Engineer to organize resources and lead capacity planning for assigned production lines. The role focuses on meeting line targets, optimizing scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery, while driving improvements with cross-functional teams.

Excellent command of English is required; Turkish language skills are essential for local operations and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial).
• More than 3 years of experiences in related fields.
• Customer oriented profile with strong analytical mindset, interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Turkish knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and allocates resources to meet line production targets, leading capacity planning and resource optimization.
• Ensures production scheduling and plan meets demand and inventory service levels.
• Identifies and recommends equipment and facility improvements.
• Ensures on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.
• Identifies deficiencies and oversees improvement activities and implementation.
• Manages resolution of critical product or equipment issues with relevant teams.
• Ensures area is organized, staffed, skilled and directed; develops subordinates per HR policies.
