Job summary

Saipem in Turkey is seeking a Project Material Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end material mobilization, storage and delivery to offshore vessels. You will liaise with vessel operations, customs and subcontractors to ensure compliant, timely logistics.

Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of Oil & Gas material logistics experience, with strong English and site logistics skills. This 12‑month contract offers health insurance and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of oil & gas material logistics experience.
• English language skills required; strong written and verbal communication.
• Site logistics coordination, material control (receival & inspection), and inventory control are essential.
• Familiarity with import/export and customs procedures in oil & gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with vessel asset/operations management, authorities, subcontractors and functions to mobilize/demobilize equipment and manage storage and delivery to vessels.
• Coordinate with fleet, supervise Marine Agency services, customs, and immigration formalities when required; ensure HSE compliance.
• Support the project logistics plan by coordinating the logistics team and subcontractors.
