Job summary

3M is seeking a Supervisor of Production Planning to lead and develop planning teams at the Çerkezköy and Çorlu sites. You will drive short-term scheduling and long-term capacity planning to ensure service, inventory, and cost objectives are achieved.

The role requires coordinating with Operations, Procurement, Supply Planning, Customer Operations, and Demand planning teams to align demand with supply. You will guide planning improvements, participate in S&OP, and mentor staff across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Professional experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Previous supervisory, leadership, or people management experience.
• Fluent Turkish and English communication skills.
• SAP ECC experience, preferably within Production Planning and Materials Management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Production Planning teams across Çorlu and Çerkezköy sites.
• Drive short-term production scheduling and long-term capacity planning to meet service, inventory, and cost objectives.
• Develop, execute, and adjust production plans based on demand forecasts and priorities.
• Contribute to monthly S&OP and Supply Review with insights on inventory, capacity, and supply.
• Identify capacity constraints and inventory risks; partner with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate.
• Establish and monitor inventory targets, service levels, and planning KPIs.
• Review demand trends and operational performance to address risks and opportunities.
• Support new product introductions and strategic initiatives through planning and execution.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, inventory, waste reduction, and planning excellence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Customer Operations, and Commercial teams for end-to-end alignment.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
