Responsibilities

• Analyze sales potentials of responsible channels during the season and plan action plans.
• Support use and enhancement of distribution, replenishment, and transfer systems.
• Make inter-channel transfer decisions based on sales performance.
• Plan for Special Periods; assess quantity needs for holidays and coordinate with managers.
• Coordinate logistics movements and ensure timely delivery of reserves; report to upper management.
• Implement technological advancements in e-commerce business models.
• Coordinate with IT, brand communication, CRM, product management to determine needs/risks.
• Participate in online sales channel development; conduct analyses and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate annual/monthly/weekly campaign plans.
• Create shipment plans via monthly/weekly needs analyses.
• Analyze future sales trends and plan actions accordingly.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly consolidated reports and report to managers.
• Establish structures to automate repetitive workflows to improve productivity.
