Job summary

Paribu, founded in 2017, is building Türkiye’s crypto asset ecosystem with fast, secure exchange services and digital custody. As a Motion Designer, you will create high-quality motion graphics, 3D animations, and visual content for digital channels and brand campaigns, collaborating with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams.

The role requires a strong portfolio and hands-on experience with Cinema 4D or Blender, Adobe After Effects and Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D motion design.
• Advanced experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, 3D animation, and visual storytelling.
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple creative projects.
• Curiosity to explore emerging creative technologies and continuously improve production workflows.
• Experience with Redshift, Octane, Generative AI, ComfyUI, Unreal Engine, Notch, or Spline is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, 3D animations, and visual content across digital channels and brand campaigns.
• Transform creative briefs into engaging visual stories while proposing alternative creative directions when needed.
• Produce cinematic-quality 3D assets through look development, lighting, materials, rendering, and compositing.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to deliver visually impactful experiences.
• Develop scalable motion design workflows, templates, and production standards to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Integrate AI-powered creative tools into production workflows to enhance quality, speed, and experimentation.
• Research emerging design technologies, production techniques, and creative trends, sharing knowledge across the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing creativity, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Contribute to the evolution of Paribu’s visual identity by maintaining consistency across all creative outputs.
