Job summary

Paribu, founded in 2017, is building Türkiye’s crypto asset ecosystem with fast, secure exchange services and digital custody. As a Motion Designer, you will create high-quality motion graphics, 3D animations, and visual content for digital channels and brand campaigns, collaborating with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams.

The role requires a strong portfolio and hands-on experience with Cinema 4D or Blender, Adobe After Effects and Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D motion design.
Advanced experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, 3D animation, and visual storytelling.
Solid understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual design principles.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple creative projects.
Curiosity to explore emerging creative technologies and continuously improve production workflows.
Experience with Redshift, Octane, Generative AI, ComfyUI, Unreal Engine, Notch, or Spline is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality motion graphics, 3D animations, and visual content across digital channels and brand campaigns.
Transform creative briefs into engaging visual stories while proposing alternative creative directions when needed.
Produce cinematic-quality 3D assets through look development, lighting, materials, rendering, and compositing.
Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to deliver visually impactful experiences.
Develop scalable motion design workflows, templates, and production standards to improve efficiency and consistency.
Integrate AI-powered creative tools into production workflows to enhance quality, speed, and experimentation.
Research emerging design technologies, production techniques, and creative trends, sharing knowledge across the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing creativity, quality, and delivery timelines.
Contribute to the evolution of Paribu’s visual identity by maintaining consistency across all creative outputs.
