Job summary

Paribu is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead social media strategy, content planning, and paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X. You will collaborate with product and brand teams to drive community growth and awareness for Türkiye’s crypto asset ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in digital marketing, hands-on campaign management, analytics proficiency (GA4, Looker Studio), and excellent Turkish and English copywriting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing and social media management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, community management, and digital trends.
• Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and translate insights into optimization actions.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance marketing principles.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve content creation and productivity is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management.
• Curiosity, creativity, passion for technology, fintech, and digital culture.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness and community engagement.
• Plan, publish, and optimize content across multiple social platforms with a consistent brand voice.
• Manage the social media content calendar in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor platform performance and prepare actionable reports using analytics.
• Plan and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X.
• Track campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve ROI via data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaigns supporting product launches and partnerships.
• Monitor conversations around Paribu and crypto/fintech topics to identify engagement opportunities.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management across digital channels when needed.
