Job summary

Volt Lines seeks a Solution Center Agent in Istanbul to support drivers and customers in a fast-paced urban mobility platform. You will handle back-office approvals, document validations, and incident coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in a dynamic environment, with opportunities to grow in a technology-driven mobility startup.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or intern with relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational Approval and Audit (Back-Office)
• Verify and approve drivers’ uploaded documents through official channels (e-Government systems).
• Review and register corporate documents of suppliers and fleets into the system.
• Examine CAPA records, validate evidence, and finalize the process.
• Join the call center during peak hours and handle incoming calls professionally.
• Coordinate with OpEx, Fleet, Insurance in emergencies such as accidents or breakdowns.
• Resolve support requests from customers and drivers regarding directions or items.
