Robert Bosch Group in Turkey invites applications for an internship as part of Mobility Aftermarket Aftersales Operations Smart Start - Recruitment Days. You will join the team to support daily aftersales tasks, CRM and SAP activities, and learn service processes hands-on.

The role targets 3rd/4th year undergraduates or Master's students in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, with strong data-analysis skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or a Master's student in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Familiarity with data analysis to support the daily operations of the aftersales team.
• A results-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the aftersales team, including follow-up on technical, CRM, and SAP-related tasks.
• Follow up on invoicing, spare parts planning, stock transfers, service campaigns, service audits, training certifications, and various daily reports to ensure efficient service management.
• Prepare service bulletins in coordination with the service engineer.
• Monitor aftersales service performance through defined KPIs and take follow-up actions where necessary.
