Job summary

Tolsa is seeking a Production Engineer & Monitoring Mining Engineer in Turkey to oversee mining operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and coordinate production activities. You will manage blue-collar teams and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and management to meet targets.

The role requires a Mining Engineering degree (Master's preferred) and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of Turkish mining regulations and SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering (mandatory). Master’s Degree is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in mining, production, manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience supervising blue-collar employees and coordinating operational activities is preferred.
• Knowledge of Turkish mining legislation and permitting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mining operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Coordinate production activities and monitor KPIs to optimize performance.
• Lead blue-collar teams and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management.
• Prepare regular operational reports and ensure stock levels and raw material usage are tracked.
