Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead site activities in Turkey, overseeing commissioning, start-up and daily operations with a strong focus on HSE compliance. You will coordinate with Control Room and production staff to maintain safe and efficient plant performance.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in oil and gas production supervision and a Diploma/Certification in Production. Collaboration with vendors and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Production Supervisor within the oil and gas industry.
• Any Diploma/Certification in Production.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities including commissioning, start-up and operation while ensuring HSE compliance.
• Coordinate with Control Room operators and production staff to maintain safe, efficient plant operation.
• Prepare shift reports and handover during shift and crew changes.
• Liaise with vendors/subcontractors on site.
• Ensure compliance with processes and QA/QC procedures.
