Job summary

arcoglobal is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead complex luxury retail projects from concept through handover in our Marmara region studio. You will manage budgets, schedules, vendor coordination and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior architecture, 10+ years in project management, fluency in English, and a proven track record in luxury retail. Travel is not restricted.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field; adequate experience in the project management environment.
• Knowledge and ambition in Luxury Retail projects.

• Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with a team.
• Strategic and analytic skills in risk management.
• Solution-oriented thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs; knowledge in MS Project, CAD, and ERP programs.
• No travel limitations.

Responsibilities

• Control and review projects and project proposals.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders and detailed work schedules.
• Oversee the planning, SHD & production phases and provide progress reports to the brand
• Hold regular video calls with the brand and partners.
• Monitor the project's cost; keep the cost within the budget.
• Coordinate and execute the site installation of the project.
