Role Description

MICE Bölüm Yöneticisi is a full-time, on-site role based in Istanbul, responsible for leading the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events operations. This role oversees the planning and execution of corporate meetings, incentive trips, and special events, coordinating all stages from concept development to post-event evaluation. Daily activities include collaborating with clients on event objectives, preparing proposals, managing timelines, monitoring quality and cost-efficiency, and resolving operational issues. The position also involves driving innovation in event formats and technologies, mentoring team members, and contributing to business development efforts with existing and potential clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in MICE operations and project management, including planning, procurement, executing, and overseeing corporate meetings, incentives and events.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects, tight deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills in Turkish; professional proficiency in English.
• Comfort with event-related software and general office applications.
• Relevant experience in travel, tourism, events, hospitality, or related industries; prior work with corporate clients is highly beneficial.
