Job summary

Confidential Company in Turkey is seeking an experienced garment merchandiser to manage full merchandising cycle from product development through bulk production and shipment. You will liaise with suppliers and factories to meet cost, quality, and delivery expectations, prepare costing materials for buyer meetings, and coordinate with Design, Production, QC, and Logistics to ensure smooth order execution.

The role requires strong English, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 5–8 years+ garment merchandising experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Manage the full merchandising cycle from product development through bulk production and shipment

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Fashion, Textiles, or related disciplines
• 5–8 years+ of solid garment merchandising experience, preferably in a trading firm
• Proven experience handling product development, costing, and supplier negotiation independently
• Woven/Knits/Denim categories are welcome; exposure to the US market is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to work independently, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented
