Job summary

New Balance Turkiye is seeking a highly organized Team Sports Merchandiser to coordinate local apparel and sportswear production across Team Sports categories. You will partner with Sales, Product, and local textile manufacturers to plan, monitor, and deliver production on seasonal timelines, while managing risks and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate local production activities across Team Sports and sportswear categories, working closely with the Sales team to increase local apparel production volume and develop new business opportunities.
• Lead the planning and follow-up of local production processes, ensuring alignment with seasonal timelines, commercial priorities, and business requirements.
• Monitor production and embellishment processes with approved local textile manufacturers to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and local textile manufacturing partners to ensure smooth coordination throughout the production lifecycle.
• Proactively identify potential production risks and delays and take the necessary actions to ensure timely delivery.
