Job summary

Ülker is a leading food company in Türkiye, part of pladis Global, focused on delivering happiness with every bite. We are seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to maintain and automate our production lines, participate in Industry 4.0 initiatives, and drive OEE improvements across cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA, TPM concepts, and a proactive problem-solver mindset to sustain high manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
Experience in maintenance and/or automation in FMCG or food manufacturing.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliability, availability, and continuous improvement of production equipment and automation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, commissioning, and performance optimization across mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation systems.
Contribute to preventive, predictive, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency, productivity, and OEE.
