Job summary

COMFORT SYSTEMS in Turkey’s İç Anadolu region seeks an Industrial Engineer to develop and maintain robust manufacturing processes aligned with lean and Industry 4.0 initiatives. You will drive cost-out projects, RCCA using ELSS & EQS, and participate in capital equipment justifications to support growth.

Reading engineering drawings and applying SPC/MSA are essential. Experience in SAP, Minitab, and CAD/CAM will help optimize product and process quality, with a strong focus on reducing variation

Qualifications

• BSC, MSC or Industrial Engineer degree.
• Min 1 year of experience in manufacturing/continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains robust, cost efficient manufacturing processes.
• Drives improvements across the value chain including product and equipment.
• Executes Industry 4.0 strategy within plants/division.
• Drives RCCA using ELSS & EQS tools and promotes lean practices.
• Reduces process variation and applies SPC/MSA concepts.
• Assists in capital project justifications (payback, NPV).
• Collaborates on concurrent engineering and Design For Manufacturing.
