Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Çankaya, Turkey, seeks an Industrial Engineer to develop and maintain robust manufacturing processes aligned with lean practices and cost-out goals.

You will lead Industry 4.0 initiatives, perform RCCA with ELSS/EQS tools, analyze variation with SPC/MSA, and support capital projects with payback/NPV assessments.

You will read engineering drawings, collaborate with leadership, and drive continuous improvement across the value chain.

Qualifications

• BSc, MSc in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains robust, cost efficient manufacturing processes and product structures.
• Drives improvements in all related manufacturing processes along the value chain to meet quality and cost targets.
• Executes Industry 4.0 strategy within Plants / Division / Corporation.
• Performs RCCA using ELSS & EQS tools to drive corrective actions.
• Promotes continuous improvement by applying lean techniques to reduce waste and deliver on customer expectations.
• Supports design-for-manufacturing, value engineering, and concurrent engineering initiatives.
• Manages capital projects with payback and NPV analysis for equipment investments.
• Reads and interprets engineering drawings and specifications.
