Job summary

Sanipak is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Turkey. You will read technical drawings, troubleshoot equipment, and lead preventive maintenance planning and root cause analyses to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 2 years of related experience, and preferably SAP PM experience. We offer hybrid/remote work options and a broad development program.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Preferably experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).

Responsibilities

• Read technical drawings and analyze mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and manage mechanical breakdowns; plan preventive maintenance.
• Prepare reports and analyses; identify inefficiencies and costs.
• Lead root cause analyses and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Develop and manage predictive and preventive maintenance plans.
