Job summary

Banvit MBRF, based in Bandırma, Turkey, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to plan and update maintenance routines, analyze critical equipment, and optimize reliability. You will participate in spare parts management and KPI tracking to control budgets.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in an industrial setting, hands-on PLC/HMI knowledge (Mitsubishi/Siemens), SAP PM familiarity, and strong English skills, plus willingness to work outside normal hours and potentially relocate to Bandırma.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in an industrial plant with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
Good knowledge of PLC and HMI programming (Mitsubishi and Siemens).
Familiarity with SAP PM module.
Strong problem-solving approaches (PDCA, fishbone, etc.).
Advanced English proficiency and MS Office skills.
Willingness to work outside regular hours and weekends; Bandırma living or relocation.

Responsibilities

Develop and update maintenance plans, define technical standards and routines.
Perform systematic analyses (FTA, MTTR/MTBF) and recommend reliability improvements.
Support spare parts management, inventory optimization, and localization.
Establish and monitor maintenance targets, KPIs, and budgets.
Promote maintenance best practices and support technical training.
Comply with health and safety policies and report hazards.
