Job summary

JBT Marel in Turkey is seeking an Industry Sales Manager to drive sales of complex poultry processing solutions. You will work closely with regional leadership, account managers, distributors, and operations to grow market share and deliver value to customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of outside B2B sales experience in technical systems, strong English, and willingness to travel across the region in a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3 years’ outside B2B sales of technical/mechanical systems, preferably with an international company.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Distribution Partners, and Regional Sales Operations.
• Participate in establishing and implementing a regional industry market plan.
• Drive sales of complex solutions and increase market share while meeting customer requirements.
• Support and train Account Managers with depth process knowledge.
• Realize sales targets in volume and maximize price and margins.
• Maintain visit reports, opportunity registration and CRM data.
• Collect information on competitors’ activities and market developments.
• Meet KPI goals for sales and margins.
