Job summary

LivaNova PLC in Turkey seeks a Marketing Manager in Neuromodulation to shape our marketing strategy and drive growth across the Turkish market. You will lead product positioning, pricing and go-to-market plans while collaborating with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory and cross-functional teams to translate insights into impactful campaigns.

The role requires deep strategic marketing experience in the medical device field, a track record of launching therapies or devices, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in medical device industry with 5+ years in marketing roles.
• Strong strategic marketing experience with ability to translate insights into initiatives.
• Fluent English is mandatory for technical, clinical and scientific communication.
• Neuromodulation/medical implant experience is a strong advantage.
• Commercial or sales experience and involvement in launches valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the neuromodulation marketing strategy and roadmap in Turkey.
• Lead product and therapy launch planning, including positioning, segmentation, pricing and go-to-market.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support scientific activities.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Finance and other teams to execute plans.
• Develop business cases, assess ROI, and monitor marketing performance for decisions.

In this strategic role, you will drive the growth of our Neuromodulation business by shaping marketing plans, supporting product and therapy launches, and building strong relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
