Job summary

MARTUR FOMPAK International, a global maker of seating systems and cockpit solutions, is seeking a Mold Maintenance Engineer. You will safeguard production continuity by planning and executing preventive mold and equipment maintenance across multiple lines.

The role requires root-cause analysis, TPM awareness, and strong collaboration with production, quality, and R&D teams. Fluency in English is preferred; experience reading drawings and diagnosing mechanical failures is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in mold maintenance and mechanical maintenance of production equipment.
• Ability to analyze mold failures and develop solutions to maintain production continuity.
• Experience in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in maintenance planning, EWO management and TPM practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment documentation.
• Knowledge of MTTR, MTBF, maintenance compliance and downtime analysis.
• Experience in root cause analysis of production line failures.
• Ability to work closely with production, quality, and other technical teams on maintenance activities.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preventive maintenance plans for molds and production equipment and ensure their implementation.
• Perform mold maintenance, repair, and commissioning activities.
• Respond to mold and mechanical equipment failures during production.
• Analyze the root causes of recurring failures and develop lasting improvements.
• Analyze mold-level failure history and prioritize maintenance activities.
• Manage EWO documentation, corrective actions and closure effectiveness.
• Standardize maintenance procedures, checklists and inspection criteria.
• Monitor maintenance cost, spare-part consumption and component life.
• Evaluate predictive maintenance data and take action to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Participate in the commissioning of new or modified molds and equipment.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and develop improvement actions.
• Identify critical spare parts and mold component requirements and follow up on their procurement.
• Prepare spare parts and technical requirements data to support maintenance budgeting.
