Job summary

RHI Magnesita in Turkey seeks a senior Maintenance Manager to lead a diverse team of maintenance professionals, set performance objectives, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

You will direct installation, maintenance, and asset reliability for large-scale plant equipment, oversee preventive and predictive programs, and report on operational metrics and capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics engineering.
• 8+ years of progressive maintenance experience in continuous manufacturing.
• 3+ years in managerial or team leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation, maintenance, repair, and dismantling of large-scale, complex equipment and plant infrastructure.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and unscheduled maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Lead rapid troubleshooting and fault analyses to minimize production downtime.
• Evaluate plant infrastructure and recommend capital improvements to enhance availability and yield.
• Prepare detailed technical reports on modifications, procedures, and metrics.
