Job summary

Karbontürk is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance efforts, driving reliability, availability and safety across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation systems.

Responsibilities include developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, leading a high-performance team, and implementing digital maintenance tools to optimize asset performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation & Control Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Certifications in maintenance, reliability, asset management, automation or predictive maintenance preferred.
• 12–15 years in industrial maintenance/reliability/automation with 5+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Oversee ERP/CMMS/EAM maintenance system implementation and optimization.
• Drive uptime, safety and cost efficiency through data-driven decisions.
