Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Maintenance Manager to secure efficient operations continuity at the plant in Turkey. You will plan, implement and oversee maintenance and repair programs, manage the maintenance budget, and drive energy efficiency and asset improvement initiatives across functions.

You will lead technical system functions, coordinate with departments, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and food safety standards in line with PepsiCo policies.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background
• Well spoken & written English
• Ability to engage trades people and build relationships to drive performance
• Project management experience
• Experience in developing and gaining approval of capital projects
• Experience in managing budgets
• Ability to lead a team-based decision making
• Coaching, facilitation, presentation and team building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance functions in the plant.
• Plan optimum maintenance, repair and investment needs with relevant departments.
• Manage the plant maintenance budget and ensure resources align with the plan.
• Coordinate the Plant Recon System and ensure its continuous development.
• Report energy, budget, inventory and cost metrics to the relevant units.
• Oversee supplier/service approvals and ensure conformity of parts and services.
• Ensure health and safety, environment and food safety standards in line with Pepsico policies.
• Lead Lean, standard work and productivity improvement initiatives in the plant.
