Job summary

Sanipak seeks a capable engineer to lead maintenance and construction activities across existing and planned facilities in Gebze. The role requires coordinating with diverse teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving cost-efficient improvements while reporting on area performance.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, 2+ years in a similar role, and strong English skills, with SAP PM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good command of English.
• Preferably experienced in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.

Responsibilities

• Lead building maintenance and construction processes for all existing or planned structures at the facility, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to the area of responsibility, identify inefficiencies such as maintenance costs and equipment failures, and propose improvement actions.
• Identify development opportunities, conduct root cause analyses, and lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
• Foster team motivation and build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Manage small- and medium-scale projects using project management methodologies.
