Job summary

Our client in Türkiye seeks a Maintenance Executive to lead all maintenance activities at the site, ensuring equipment reliability and minimum downtime. You will drive preventive and planned maintenance, breakdown management, TPM, and CI initiatives while guiding the maintenance team and coordinating with production, process, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• 7–12 years of experience in maintenance processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Capable of leading blue-collar employees and collaborating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities across the manufacturing site, ensuring equipment reliability.
• Implement preventive maintenance, planned maintenance, breakdown maintenance, TPM, and 5S.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Control and maintain up-to-date maintenance documentation, logs, histories, and checklists.
• Plan and coordinate scheduled shutdowns.
• Coordinate with Process for continuous improvement and supervise maintenance technicians.
