Qualifications

• Develop daily, monthly, and annual maintenance plans and schedules.
• Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment at defined intervals.
• Monitor, record, and report equipment faults and maintenance activities.
• Analyze and improve machinery efficiency and performance.
• Coordinate procurement of maintenance spare parts and consumables.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance standards.
• Oversee documentation for maintenance activities and KPI tracking.
• Develop the team’s skills matrix and training plans.
• Manage shift schedules for maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, monthly, and annual preventive and corrective maintenance plans, including cleaning schedules; ensure proper implementation and coordination with maintenance operators.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment at defined intervals; identify mechanical failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Monitor, record, and report equipment faults and maintenance activities.
• Analyze and improve machinery efficiency and performance.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of machinery spare parts and consumables.
• Coordinate maintenance activities in line with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and manage shift schedules for maintenance personnel.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and updating maintenance standards and processes in line with project requirements.
• Oversee documentation processes for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop and manage the team’s skills matrix; identify training needs and organize relevant training programs.
• Take responsibility for achieving maintenance KPIs and performance targets.
• Track, analyze, and report maintenance KPIs and performance data.
• Evaluate maintenance staff performance using defined indicators.
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation for all maintenance-related activities.
