Job summary

Golden Goose Group in Turkey seeks a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to welcome clients and craft personalized Golden total looks, reflecting the brand’s heritage and values while delivering exceptional service.

You will engage customers, upsell and cross-sell, maintain store presentation, support omnichannel communications, and ensure GDPR and safety standards are followed. Fluent Turkish and English are required, with 1–3 years in luxury retail.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Minimum 1-3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor and understand industry trends and local market.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks, contributing to store business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in the sales process with product insights, upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Cultivate positive customer relationships and embrace omnichannel practices with digital tools for updates and personalized offers.
• Maintain store presentation and brand image, ensuring products are displayed according to standards.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and adherence to GDPR and health & safety standards.
• Utilize IT and digital tools to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
