Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 8+ years in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong knowledge of luxury wellness concepts and guest-centric service.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary wellness teams and spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall spa operation ensuring seamless daily performance and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement the spa’s strategic vision in line with the brand.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of therapists and allied professionals.
• Drive revenue through retail, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Collaborate with Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing to elevate guest journeys.
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify improvements.
