Aliée, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within Tersane Istanbul, seeks a polished Spa Receptionist – Guest Experience Assistant to join our Spa & Wellness team. You will manage spa reservations, assist with guest inquiries, coordinate experiences, and ensure a seamless personalized journey.

As an ambassador of Aliée, you will bring warmth, elegance, and genuine care to every guest interaction, collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, spa reception, guest relations or front office is preferred.
• Strong passion for luxury hospitality, wellness and personalized guest service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest engagement skills.
• Professional command of English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Professional, elegant and well-groomed appearance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple guest requests while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and confident in handling guest expectations.
• Comfortable using reservation systems, Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional and personalized approach.
• Manage spa reservations, appointment scheduling, confirmations and guest requests.
• Provide detailed information about spa treatments, wellness experiences, facilities and products.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences to deliver a highly personalized spa journey.
• Coordinate closely with therapists and Spa & Wellness team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, treatment preferences and reservation records.
• Handle telephone, e-mail and in-person inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Support the promotion and upselling of spa treatments, wellness experiences and retail products in a natural, guest-oriented manner.
• Follow up on guest satisfaction and support the resolution of any requests or concerns.
• Ensure the reception and guest areas are consistently presented according to Aliée’s luxury standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping and other relevant departments to provide a seamless overall guest experience.
