Job summary

Four Seasons Private Residences Istanbul seeks a skilled Engineering Shift Supervisor to oversee technical maintenance across the property, ensuring high resident satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will manage electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems within a luxury residential-hotel environment.

Fluent Turkish is required with basic English; candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, hold technical certifications, and be willing to work shifts in a high-end,

Qualifications

• Technical high school or Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Mechatronics.
• Valid technical certifications (electrician license, pool operator, boiler operator, etc.).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in residential complexes, hotels or hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute maintenance and repair operations across the property.
• Maintain electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
• Inspect and service building automation and control systems.
• Troubleshoot faults in electrical panels, wiring, and circuits.
• Assist with generator operations, safety systems, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise maintenance staff.
