Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, Concierge, or Rooms Division within a luxury hotel.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, with professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest and internal communications via calls, emails, and Four Seasons Messenger.
• Coordinate concierge services with vendors and internal departments.
• Support Front Desk operations during peak periods and guest arrivals.
• Maintain accurate records and organize office documentation while upholding standards.
