Qualifications

• Previous experience in Butler Service, Guest Relations, or Front Office within luxury hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and personalized guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to VIP and long-stay guests throughout their stay.
• Coordinate seamless arrival and departure experiences.
• Anticipate guest preferences and respond proactively to all requests.
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, special experiences, and bespoke requests.
• Ensure guest rooms and amenities are prepared according to individual preferences.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B teams.
• Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and luxury service.
