Aliée Istanbul is seeking a courteous Bellboy to deliver a highly personalized guest experience. You will warmly welcome guests, handle luggage, escort them to rooms, and offer information about hotel facilities and features.

With discretion and proactive service, you will contribute to a seamless guest journey while upholding the brand's luxury standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with Concierge and Front Office, assisting with airport transfers and valet, and maintaining a pristine

Qualificações

• Previous luxury hotel experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and guest-focused interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Ability to deliver personalized service with high hospitality standards.
• Effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Istanbul attractions is advantageous.
• Driving license and driving experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly welcome and assist guests on arrival and departure with a personalized experience.
• Handle luggage efficiently, including delivery, storage, and collection.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and features.
• Assist with transportation arrangements: airport transfers, valet, car rental.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with discretion.
• Coordinate with Concierge and Front Office for smooth operations.
• Keep lobby, entrance, and luggage areas clean and presentable.
• Deliver guest messages and parcels as requested.
• Monitor daily hotel activity and VIP arrivals; adapt to guest needs.
• Follow luxury standards, safety procedures, and service guidelines.
