Monitor guest reviews, craft brand-aligned responses, and coordinate with relevant departments to investigate feedback and ensure follow-up.

This role requires discretion, exquisite communication in Turkish and English, and a passion for luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Fluent Turkish and English written and spoken communication is required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, digital guest experience or online reputation management preferred.
• Strong digital awareness and familiarity with online review platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, follow-up and coordination skills.
