Aliée Istanbul, a flagship luxury hotel, seeks a poised Guest Experience Assistant to be the first point of contact for distinguished guests. This role blends front desk duties with high-touch storytelling to ensure seamless arrivals and departures reflecting our refined brand.

You will anticipate guest needs, deliver impeccable service, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain luxury standards across the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Experience or Front Office within luxury hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• French knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out professionally and personally.
• Respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining luxury standards.
• Deliver personalized service for VIP and long-stay guests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, F&B, SPA and other departments.
• Oversee room prep, VIP amenity arrangements and special requests.
• Assist guests with restaurant, spa, transportation, events, and other reservations.
• Maintain accurate guest preference records for personalized service.
• Handle complaints with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to quality standards, brand procedures, and confidentiality policies.

Job Description

• Manage guests’ check-in and check-out processes in a professional and personalized manner.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
• Deliver personalized services by anticipating and following up on the needs and expectations of VIP and long-stay guests.
• Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, Food & Beverage, SPA, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee room preparations, special requests, and VIP amenity arrangements prior to guest arrival.
• Assist guests with restaurant, SPA, transportation, event, and other reservation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate guest preference records to support the delivery of personalized service.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Comply with the hotel's quality standards, brand procedures, and confidentiality policies at all times.
• Represent the hotel's luxury service philosophy at every guest touchpoint, contributing to an exceptional brand experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Experience, Front Officeor luxury hospitality
• Strong command bothEnglish and Arabic (spoken and written) is required
• Good knowledge of French is a plus
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional appearance with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard luxury environment
